We understand that plans change, children get sick, and unexpected things happen. We want to be as fair as possible to our Camp Mákemáke family.

 

If you need to cancel

Before 20 December 2026:
You will receive a full refund, minus 21% for taxes and bank charges.

After 20 December 2026:
Refunds will only be given in the case of a serious illness/injury or family emergency. In these cases, the refund will be less 30%.

You are also welcome to find another camper to take your child’s place. We are happy to help you find a replacement, as we often have campers on our waiting list.

 

If we need to cancel

Before camp starts:
If we have to cancel the camp before the session begins, you will receive a full refund.

Once camp has started:
If we have to end or cancel the camp early because of an outbreak or another similar emergency, no refund or future discount will be provided.
