Plans change, folks get sick and unexpected things happens. We get that and we want to be as fair as possible with our Camp Mákemáke family. 

 

In the event that your child is unable to attend Camp Mákemáke after you have registered them, here is our cancellation/refund policy:

• If you cancel before the 20/12/2026 you will be given a full refund minus (21% - taxes and bank charges).

• If you cancel after the 20/12/2026 a refund will be given only for a medical (a serious injury or illness) or a family emergency and it will be less 30%. We are happy for you to find a replacement camper and we will help you to do this as there are usually campers on our waiting list

If we should need to cancel the camp before a camp session starts for any other reason we will give you a full refund.

 

If we should need to cancel the camp part way through a camp due to an outbreak or similar emergency there will be no refund or future discounts given.​​
